CCMT 2024 Special Round Counselling: The Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology in Surat will close the Centralized Counseling for MTech (CCMT) 2024 special round registration today, July 16. The preliminary list of vacant seats has been posted on the CCMT website. Aspirants can register for the CCMT 2024 special round by going to the official website of CCMT at ccmt.admissions.nic.in.
The deadline for paying the CCMT 2024 special round fee is also today, July 16. By July 18, any problems with registration or fee payment must be fixed. The deadline for applicants to finish filling out and locking their online choices is July 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.
CCMT 2024 special round 1 seat allotment
The CCMT 2024 special round 1 seat allocation will be revealed on July 20th. If applicants do not lock their choices before the deadline, the system will lock their saved preferences. Following the allotment, applicants must upload the necessary documents and indicate their desire by July 24.
CCMT 2024 special round 2 seat allotment
The seat allotment for the CCMT 2024 special round 2 will be released on July 27. Applicants must upload documentation and express their willingness by July 29. The online withdrawal process for the admitted institute will be accessible from July 27 to July 30.
CCMT special round counselling 2024: Documents required
Applicants must bring the following documents with them when they report to campus.
* Print the CCMT 2024 registration and choice filling form.
* Print of provisionally downloaded seat allotment letter.
* Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard
* Candidate’s photo ID proof
* Receipt of seat acceptance fee payment
* Class 10 certificate
* Class 12 mark sheet
* Mark sheet of qualifying exam for all semesters
* Candidate’s 3 coloured passport-size photos
* Qualifying Degree/ Provisional certificate
* Category certificate (if applicable)
